Power and order configuration
Power requirements: use a model-matched 12V power supply and cable. A USB Type-C connector alone does not establish compatibility with a USB charger.
Confirm the matched power supply, cable, plug type and adapter inclusion in your quotation. Do not select a charger from its connector shape alone. The device input rating and adapter output rating are different specifications.
SightSys and Carecam Pro are listed App configurations. Confirm the supplied App and firmware version for the order; these names do not promise simultaneous use of both Apps. Confirm TF-card inclusion and any cloud service terms separately.
Before ordering
Can it use an Ethernet cable?
No. This model has no RJ45 port. Plan for 2.4GHz Wi-Fi coverage and the specified power supply at the installation point.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Send the full model number, destination market, sample and order quantities, installation conditions, preferred recording option and any branding or packaging requests. Confirm mounting and weather exposure against the IP65 rating and stated temperature limits.
