Shipping & Delivery

We supply security camera products and OEM/ODM programmes to global business customers. Shipping method, destination, Incoterms, freight, customs and delivery schedule are confirmed in the quotation for each order.

RFQ and production flow

After we receive your requirements, we confirm model selection, branding, quantity, packaging, sample approval and estimated production lead time. Production starts after the agreed order and payment milestones are complete.

Dispatch and tracking

We provide dispatch information and available tracking details after shipment. Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to carrier, customs, weather or other events outside our reasonable control.

Customs and taxes

Unless stated otherwise in writing, the buyer is responsible for import clearance, local taxes, duties and destination compliance.

Delivery issues

Please inspect cartons on arrival and notify us promptly of visible damage, shortage or wrong items with photos and shipment details.
